| We ship FUTON FRAMES and other items that are in stock immediately. FUTONS, that are not in stock take 2 weeks to order. Storage beds and captain beds are made to order within 1 week. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. Some futon mattresses and other items we have are shipped free of charge within the continental U.S. We ship outside the NEW YORK CITY area. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Only the cardmember is allowed to place an order online. When an item is delivered the cardmember has to be present, accept delivery and must have the credit card, that was used along with 2 pieces of identification, and sign the credit card stub in the presence of our delivery person. |

| Exchange Policy | ||
| Merchandise purchased at BigAppleFuton.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restock fee will apply and you are responsible for shipping charges incurred for shipping the merchandise back. All merchandise must be in its original carton. As soon as we receive the goods back we will check to see that no parts are missing and then we will issue credit to your account. You must get a return authorization prior to shipping the goods back. . |
